ABOUT XOAR

XOAR is a print communications company based in Orchard Park, New York.  It was established in 1987 by Gerald and Matthew Taylor as an Insty-Prints franchise.  In 2005, Matthew and Gerald shed the franchise identifier and created Xoar Communications.  After relocating a few miles away, XOAR continued to provide the Western New York community with professional quality, fast and affordable print communication solutions.  Using a customer first approach, Xoar has continued to flourish over the past 10 years in the areas of business marketing, graphic design and full-service printing.

  Matt co-founded Xoar Communications with his father, the late Gerald Francis Taylor in 1987.  Since then, the company has grown from a small-time print shop to creating business solutions for clients all across Western New York.

 

  Matt is the backbone of Xoar Communications.  He puts in the most man hours, handles the pricing quotes, scheduling and most importantly makes sure Nikki is fed on lunch.

  Dennis has worked in the back office at Xoar for over 10 years.  He is an asset that keeps the various jobs pumping off the press.  He is the reason Xoar can guarantee the fast aspect of customer service.

 

  In his spare time Dennis is a music lover who often attends BPO concerts.  He's also an avid dog enthusiast and his favorite spot to vacation is Hawaii.

  Kyle is the creator.  When he is not lending a hand around the office wherever it's needed, he can be found using his talents to help infuse innovation and inspiration to each clients design process.

 

  Taking on more of a client liaison role is where Kyle thrives.  Helping clients with their brand marketing, graphic design and social media marketing are the strengths of his expertise.

  At Xoar, Nikki is the oil to the engine.  She is the catalyst that makes the whole operation go.  She greets every customer with a friendly bark or a growl, and demands treats from the regulars.

 

  When she's not monitoring the front desk, Nikki can be found stealing Matt's chair or bothering Dennis to take her outside.  Her favorite hobby is chasing squirrels.
